OUR PROCESS
01 — ILLUSTRATION & VISUAL DIRECTION
We start with the visual idea.
Existing artwork, sketches, references or a creative concept become the foundation for the animation.
We define the style, characters, environment and overall visual language.
02 — CHARACTER & WORLD DEVELOPMENT
The illustrated world is developed for animation.
Characters, backgrounds, objects and graphic elements are refined to work consistently across different scenes.
03 — AI GENERATION
AI becomes part of the creative production process.
We generate the visual elements and sequences required to expand the original illustration into a complete animated world.
04 — ANIMATION & MOTION
The illustrations come alive.
Movement, gestures, expressions, camera motion and transitions are developed according to the character and the story.
Not everything needs to move.
Sometimes a subtle movement is enough.
Sometimes the entire world can transform.
05 — EDITING & POST-PRODUCTION
The individual animated sequences are assembled into a finished film.
Editing, compositing, visual effects, colour, sound and final finishing create the final experience.
